Nano Banana 2 is selected by default. Choose an edit route and upload an image to change it. Nano Banana 2.1 and 2.1 Pro are listed but disabled until Google releases them.
Nano Banana 2.1 is the name people search for the next Nano Banana image model from Google. Google has not released Nano Banana 2.1 or Nano Banana 2.1 Pro yet. This Nano Banana 2.1 workspace runs the current models under their real names: Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3.1 Flash Image) for fast generation and reference edits, and Nano Banana Pro for polished stills and lettering. Write a prompt to generate, or upload an image and describe the change to edit it. When Nano Banana 2.1 ships with a public API, it will appear in the same selector with its own price.

No. As of October 6, 2026, Google has not released a model called Nano Banana 2.1, and there is no public Nano Banana 2.1 API. The newest live models are Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro. Claims of Nano Banana 2.1 access elsewhere should be checked against Google's own announcements.
What can I use in this Nano Banana 2.1 workspace today?+
Nano Banana 2 is selected by default for text-to-image and reference edits. Nano Banana Pro is available for higher-fidelity work. Every run uses the model shown in the selector, and none is relabelled as Nano Banana 2.1.
What about Nano Banana 2.1 Pro?+
Nano Banana 2.1 Pro is also unreleased. It sits in the selector as a disabled entry next to Nano Banana 2.1. If Google ships either model with an API, it will be enabled here with its own credit price, and this page will be updated.
What does the free trial include?+
Each new account receives a one-time grant of 3 credits, which covers one Nano Banana 2 image or one Nano Banana 2 edit. It does not reset daily. Nano Banana Pro and other models cost the amount shown before you submit.
How do I edit an image?+
Choose the Nano Banana 2 or Nano Banana Pro edit route, upload the image to change, and describe one change plus what must stay the same. Check edges, lettering and proportions in the result before keeping it; preservation is an instruction, not a guarantee.
Where do my images go?+
Sign in and open your account history. Finished images stay there with a download action and are visible only to you. Keep a local copy of anything you want to retain.
Is nanobanana21.pro an official Google site?+
No. This is an independently operated workspace with its own accounts and billing. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Nano Banana is the public nickname of Google's Gemini image models.
